Title: New Product Return - So What?

"I have 3 other APC UPSes. I got this one as a "New Product Return" to provide backup power to a DVR (we have lots of power outages). Since the UPS was a "New Product Return" it was sold at a lower cost. I hesitated briefly about purchasing it. I always buy new units. But the low price made it too good to resist. When I opened the shipping box, I could not tell that this had been a returned product. It was in excellent condition. And it works like all my APC UPSes. It is there when needed and does its job. Thanks APC!"
