"This is one of the quietest units of its type I have found, plus it features exceptional runtime. With the XL series you don't have to buy way more VA capacity than you need just to get the runtime. I have tried competitors products which claim to have exceptional power conditioning and they are NOISY! This one is the best."

"It's lasted a long time on the original battery. I traded up from a smaller unit several years ago. I have a Mac though and cannot disable that darn CHRIP when it needs a new battery. I know. It's on order. And it won't SHUT UP."
